MGX Creative (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at mgxcreative.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you subscribe to our newsletter (your email address) or contact us (your name, email, and any details you include).
• Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site and explicitly grant permission via our cookie banner, we may collect technical information through marketing technologies (managed via Klaviyo), such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and general onsite behavior.
• Embedded videos: Some pages include videos embedded from Vimeo so you can watch our work. Loading or playing these embeds may involve Vimeo processing technical data (such as IP address and device information) as described in Vimeo’s privacy notice. Where we control the embed, we enable Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting to limit Vimeo analytics. Declining marketing cookies on our Site does not remove these video embeds. 

How We Use Information We use the information we collect to:

• Send you our newsletter and personalize your email experience (if you have subscribed and consented to marketing technologies).
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.

How We Share Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business and process information only on our behalf, including:
  • Klaviyo: Email marketing, newsletter sign-up forms, and onsite tracking (only with your consent).
  • WP Engine: Website hosting and maintenance.
  • Vimeo: Embedded video playback on the Site. Where possible, we use Vimeo’s Do Not Track parameter on embeds to limit analytics. See Vimeo’s privacy documentation for how Vimeo processes data. 
  • Google Workspace: Business email, for messages you send us.

Data Retention We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.

• Newsletter and Marketing Data: We retain your email address and associated marketing data in Klaviyo for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your active profile will be removed from our marketing lists.

Your Choices and Rights You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link provided in each email. You can also manage marketing cookie preferences at any time using Cookie Settings in our cookie banner or the link in the Site footer. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

• To make a privacy request, email us at privacy@mgxcreative.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you’d like us to do (for example, correct or delete your information). We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, typically by confirming the email address associated with your information. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will let you know why and how much longer it will take. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. 

Children’s Privacy The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
